"Refund came through eventually"
I got my refund in the end, just a bit later than I expected. I assumed it had been missed at first, but it did come through, so all good.

"Return was okay, just a bit slow!!"
I ordered from instax.in and ended up choosing the wrong model… totally my mistake!! I raised a return request, and they did accept it, but getting replies from support took a little time. The pickup happened after a few days, and the refund came through too… just not super fast!!! Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do feel they could make the return process a bit clearer and quicker.

"Pretty easy to use"
I was browsing instax and it was simple enough, like I found the camera details fast without going in circles. The checkout part also went smooth, no weird confusing steps or anything like that. So yeah, overall it was a good experience for me

"Helpful support with my Instax order"
I have a small issue with my Instax order and wasn’t really sure where I should check the update. I message their customer support and they replied faster than I was expecting. The person was polite and explain the next steps clearly. It got sorted without too much back and forth, so I’m happy with the support. No complaints from my side.

I bought an Instax camera from Instax and I’m happy with it. The camera feels solid in hand, the print quality is clear, and everything was packed neatly when it arrived. No complaints so far, and I’d definitely consider ordering from them again

"Pretty smooth delivery overall"
My order showed up faster than I was expecting, which was nice. The packaging was okay too, nothing fancy but fine it was. Tracking did update a little late, so that part was kind of annoying, but overall the delivery went smooth. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Wish I’d Known About the Battery Life"
I ordered this from Instax and the camera itself works fine. It’s cute and fun to use, so no complaints there. But i kind of regret not checking more about the battery life before buying it. It drains faster than I expected, especially when I use the flash a lot. Delivery was okay, nothing special. Giving it 3 stars because I do like the product, but the battery could definitely be better.

I ordered from Instax the tracking was frustrating. For 3-4 days it just kept showing the same status, so I had no clue where my parcel actually was. I even felt like nobody had read or checked anything properly because there was no useful update at all. The product did arrive later, but the whole tracking experience was irritating.

"Fun little camera, pricey to keep using"
I had a lot of fun using this camera, and the photos are cute, but the refill cost really adds up fast. After buying one pack, I can see how these kinds of instant cameras get expensive if you use them regularly.

Replies came in really late, and I never got a clear update on what was actually happening. The whole process was frustrating and made me regret the purchase. Be prepared for a long wait if something goes wrong.

"Frustrating app connection ruined the excitement"
I bought it from instax.in i still remember how excited I was to try it out the day it arrived. But that excitement faded quickly because the app connection is such a pain. It keeps failing to pair, and I end up restarting the whole process again and again. After a while, it just gets really annoying. For the price, I expected a much smoother experience, and right now it just doesn’t feel worth all the hassle.

I tried ordering from instax, i had mixed feelings. I was excited to buy something, but the checkout kept failing right after the payment page with no clear error message. At one point, my cart even reset, and I had to enter all my details again, which was really frustrating. I wanted to give it another try, but after a while it just felt like too much of a headache, so I gave up

"Seems genuine, just delivery was a bit slow"
I ordered an Instax Mini film pack from instax.in and it looks original to me. The box was properly sealed and the expiry date was fine too, so I don’t think there’s any issue with authenticity, right? I’ve used a few sheets already and the photos came out normal, pretty much the same as the ones I bought from a store earlier. So yeah, I feel it’s genuine. Giving 4 stars only because the delivery took a little longer than expected and the tracking wasn’t very clear.

"UPI Payment Worked Fine, Just a Slight Delay"
I paid on instax.in using UPI and the order went through without any major issue. I usually notice the little steps in the process, and here the flow was mostly smooth, payment, order placed, and then the confirmation message came in a few minutes. The only thing I picked up on was that the payment page took a bit longer to load, so for a moment I wasn’t sure if it had actually worked. But in the end, everything was fine and the overall experience was okay.

"Nice camera, but I mostly remember the late delivery"
The camera itself is nice from what I’ve used so far. I don’t remember all the little details about the order, but I definitely remember waiting way longer than expected for it to arrive. The delivery just wasn’t reliable, which kind of took the excitement out of getting it.
